Artist Bio

I remember being mesmerized by the emotion of the images in Life and National Geographic magazines when I was a kid and I believe that is what drives me to photograph images today.

I love the way photography enables me to capture and freeze a moment in time.  I'll see something that I think would make a great picture because of the mood it projects or the juxtaposition of objects and I'll shoot it.  Seconds later the scene is gone and I feel lucky to have been in the right place at the right time to photograph it.

Along with pursuing my personal photography, my primary commercial business is photographing art and craftwork for area artists.
